I know how it feels to be severely injured.
Years ago, a fluke accident led to the entire dislocation of my right knee. During the surgery, a major branch of my sciatic nerve was damaged. What followed was extensive rehab and self-treatment. This process released tension, restored my mobility and gave me back my strength. Having access to the wide range of treatments I provide today was the only reason I was able to recover.
Helping others overcome injuries and improve their physical potential and well being is not only why I became a Chiropractor, but why I love it so much. I’ve been where you are. My experience’s taught me that an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment can truly change your life.
With every patient, I give everything in my power to help provide rapid pain relief and long-lasting results.

Hello, I’m Ashley. I am a manual osteopathic practitioner and exercise physiologist.
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the human body and it’s movement. As a child, it only seemed fitting that I spent most of my waking hours in a dance studio. As I finished high school, it became clear that continuing to study the human body was my path, so I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology & Health Sciences from York University and from there went on to become an exercise physiologist. Following university I spent time as a personal trainer and then in clinical research while continuing to dance. I discovered the world of osteopathy following a serious ankle injury, that despite my best efforts, was not healing with typical treatment modalities. I’ll never forget my first osteopathic treatment, whereby the osteopath did a visual assessment of my standing posture and then proceeded to treat my pelvis. In my head all I could think was, “this guy knows I’m here for an ankle problem right?” But, much to my amazement and despite my initial skepticism, my ankle started to feel better for the first time in months. A seed had been planted and I was hooked. Fast forward a decade+ and I am thrilled to have the privilege of assessing and treating clients for a wide range of symptoms and complaints. I am a forever learner who is dedicated to my craft. When I’m not in the clinic or immersed in continuing education, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children, keeping active and being outdoors in nature.

I had many years of experience working as a Registered Massage Therapist prior to completing my Masters in Physiotherapy.
While playing basketball in college I became passionate about optimizing my performance and motivating others to achieve their goals. I’ve adopted this goal-oriented approach into my practice and will educate patients about their injuries so they’re able to take matters into their own hands to promote long-lasting recovery. I’ve dealt with chronic injuries in my basketball career that kept me away from doing what I love.
Whether you’re looking to get back to work, sport, hobbies or just being active with your family, I will create a personalized rehab program to get you back to doing what you enjoy.

I’ve grown up playing many sports and having chiropractic treatment all my life.
From lacrosse and hockey to mixed martial arts and Olympic weightlifting. All that time playing sports definitely took a toll on my body and created a litany of injuries and imbalances. Luckily my father is a chiropractor and was able to patch me up and keep me on the ice, in the ring or on the platform no matter what sport I was doing.
All of my time spent going though the cycle of: injury, to rehab to recovery has given me insight into what you go though when you’re injured and how to get you back to doing what you love to do, whether that’s lifting barbells above your head or lifting your kids without pain.
My approach to care not only involves getting you out of pain but also involves getting to the root cause of why the pain or injury happened in the first place.
